average stay with cleanliness issues

visible mold dirty floor
the location proved convenient for my plans.
i found the room's cleanliness to be below expectations. there was visible mold in the bathroom. the floor also looked not to have been properly cleaned, as it was quite dirty and dusty. it detracted from the overall experience.

stuck tap old duvet
The breakfast service was very attentive. Staff were helpful and polite. I appreciated the tasty avocado eggs one morning. ..
The hot tap in the bathroom was stuck. I could not use it at all. The duvets are duck feathers but need replacing. They are all bunched up and did not make for a warm night's sleep.

poor soundproofing limited breakfast
the room did not have proper soundproofing, a real problem. i could hear noises from the street and other rooms. it made it hard to sleep soundly. also, the breakfast options felt limited. there weren't many healthy choices available, mostly pastries.

My experience here included some disappointments. The bed was REALLY too small for comfort, and the staff did not offer assistance when I requested a different room. At breakfast, the staff member seemed passive and rude, even at 9am, and the continental selection was limited.
